Preparing orders

Orders from megacadra.com are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Packed with reasonable protection for breakable, sharp, bulky, or food-contact household items.

Courier delivery

Standard courier delivery is used unless another method is stated at checkout. Standard courier shipment is free, and estimated delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Customers should check the parcel and product soon after delivery, especially for fragile-item claims, breakage photos, material, capacity, measurement, hygiene condition, and care use. Keep packaging and the shipping label if a delivery claim is needed.
